American roulette is played on a table with a board and wheel, divided into 37 pockets, numbered 0 (zero) to 36, both inclusive.
The 0 pocket is green and the rest are red and black, alternatively.
The game consists in guessing the pocket number in which the ball, spun by the Croupier, will fall into.
Instructions
Betting in American Roulette is done with chips that can be purchased at the tables themselves or at the gaming cashier. A sign on the table indicates the minimum and maximum bet allowed.
You can choose to place the chips yourselves or have the Croupiers do it, who will place them on the numbers or bet you decide on.
The bets must always be placed before the Croupier says "no more bets,” just before the ball falls on the winning number. Whether you or the Croupier placed your chips, make sure that they are well placed at all times.
There are many possible bets in American Roulette. We suggest that at first, bet on the easier ones. The payout depends on the type of bet and the amount bet.
The American roulette chips vary by colour (eight different ones in each table) and according to the different images on the different tables. You may choose both their colour and value, which must be the same for all chips chosen.
Before leaving a Roulette table you must cash in your chips, since they are only valid at the table where you exchanged them. |
